Taught Theatre, Drama and Senior English for 42 years.
Claim to fame/day job/hobby/what are you known for?
Known mostly as a Drama Teacher and director of Theatre North for 20 Years. Photographer, especially of theatre and music events.
What are your favourite tools of the trade?
Nikon.
What is your greatest career achievement?
Teaching for 42 years…but also MANY photography exhibitions, awards and publications.

– Given an OAM for services to Theatre and Drama for Young People.
What is your idea of perfect happiness?
Quiet and living in Edinburgh and Venice which we have done for long periods.
What is your greatest extravagance?
Music
What is your favourite travel destination/why?
Edinburgh….working for the Republic of Scotland..(its coming).
Venice..photographing. Bangkok. Teaching.
Who are your hero’s and why?
Annie Leibovitz, world’s best photographer..followed by Australian photographer Kate Gerraghty
What do you value most in your friends?
A laugh and honesty.
What is your most treasured possession?
Original Dorothea Lange print and Shakespeare’s first folio [rare copy]
If you could choose what to come back as what/who would it be?
I don’t want to come back.

My wife.

Travel and live in various locations.
