Stand Up Paddle Yoga

Aaron has been successfully running Byron Bay Stand up Paddle for two years now. Last month together with local Yoga Teacher Sarah Mackie, they have introduced Stand Up Paddle Yoga. Sarah discovered this concept and approached Aaron with the idea. Classes have been running for 4 weeks now and there has been a great response.

“SUP yoga is really good for core strength, balance and stability on the board. It works all of the stabilising muscles, and is really good for anyone who has any ankle or knee injuries.”

What a great way to start your Friday morning, stand up paddle yoga class then a trip to the Mullumbimby Markets and Ponciana Cafe.

The weekly set class is on Friday mornings at 7am.

Stand Up Paddle Yoga classes are available for groups bookings with minimum 4 people, anytime.

Classes are $30 or 4 classes for $100 and are run on the beautiful picturesque Brunswick RIver.
