As we leave the ‘hustle bustle’ of the city, traffic lights are replaced with fence posts and green paddocks, cows and kangaroos watching as the cars go flying by.
The highway north is littered with turnoffs, to a version of paradise. We breakaway for a few days of clarity, enjoying the wind in our hair, the sand between our toes.
As the day turns to a close, our thoughts are layed to rest as we think about our next port of call… Byron Bay..
