The Falls Music & Arts Festival in Byron Bay… Not a bad a way to welcome in 2014 wouldn’t you say? The festival is giving local residents priority access to the first tickets in town, as well as exclusive access to a NYE only ticket.
The festival is to be staged at the North Byron Parklands from Dec 31 – Jan 03 for the very first time this year with an exciting program of acts from all across Australia and the world.
Local residents (Byron Shire and south Tweed) will have first access to a limited allocation of NYE tickets, 2 day and 3 day passes from 9am TUES August 27.
All local ticket sales will take place online via www.byronbay.fallsfestival.com.au/locals
If you’re outside of the ‘local resident’ areas (Byron Shire and south Tweed), make sure you sign up to the ticket ballot at www.fallsfestival.com before midday Monday Aug 26.
WHAT’S A LOCAL?
To qualify for the ‘local’ ticket sale offer, you must live in the Byron Shire or in the Tweed Shire [south of the Tweed River].
NYE BOOGIE NIGHTS PARTY!
This year Falls Festival have introduced a special single night ticket type that will be exclusively available to local residents!
The NYE headliners are hip-hop soul stars THE ROOTS with a bevy of celebratory, interactive performances from The Correspondents, Hot 8 Brass Band, Hot Dub Time Machine, Late Nite Tuff Guy, Legs Akimbo, Mountain Mocha Kilimanjaro, Tom Thum. Their genres range from a Japanese funk band to a New Orleans Brass band to AV DJs to Games Facilitators!
Tickets will be just $99 including GST + booking fee which will be available until allocations are exhausted.
FULL EVENT TICKETS
The Falls Music & Arts Festival Byron Bay will be giving priority access to local residents to full event tickets outside of the ballot process.
2 day and 3 day tickets will be available for purchase through http://byronbay.fallsfestival.com.au/locals/ for 9am Tues Aug 27 until allocation exhausted.
HOW MANY CAN YOU BUY?
Local residents can purchase up to 4 tickets per person with any of the available combinations. Only the purchaser needs to be a local resident.
