This year’s Splendour In The Grass, at the North Byron Parklands, kicked ass. Whatever issues may have been encountered in the past in regards to organisation, set time clashes, traffic and security seemed to have well and truly ironed out resulting in a chilled out (frost on the windscreens, anyone?) experience for the majority of punters.
The stellar line-up and safe environment on offer combined with massive good vibes and thousands of friendly attendees, provided us with our favourite Splendour in recent memory. From everyone at Common Ground, top work to everyone involved and much credit to the particularly friendly security who ensured good times in place of unfriendly enforcement, enabling music, love and happiness to spread through the shire. Next year? Can’t wait.
