Passing Days

Consider yourself lucky.

As the worst of the flood hit South-Eastern Queensland, we seem to be living in a “Byron Bubble”. Yes, there is rain, there is the howling wind, but we remain in tact and blessed.

Our coastal town is battered by the lines of  tropical swell, surfer’s battle the erosion with there array of oceanic attacks. The sky is filled with Grey, but the beach is still open for it’s goer’s.  The township is filled with travelers and stories of the northern lands.

Our community’s heart goes out to those in eye of the storm, in the worst Summer floods on record.

Thanks to Tom Milledge at Millke for today’s photos, while the rest of Common Ground where surfing…
